Sorrento & the Amalfi Coast

Lemon groves above the sea, a boat day to Capri, and dinners that refuse to be hurried.

A Coast Made for Slowing Down

My favorite corner of Italy.

If I'm going to send you to one part of Italy and have you really feel it, it's here. Sorrento sits up on the cliffs with the whole Bay of Naples in front of it — close enough to Capri, the Amalfi Coast, and Pompeii for easy days out, but a place you'll never want to rush through on the way to somewhere else.

It's the area I plan again and again for families and for couples, because it gives you both: the big, golden-hour moments and the slow, unscripted hours in between. We design the days around how you love to travel, and handle every transfer, reservation, and detail so all you have to do is show up.

A Few of the Moments

What We'd Weave In

A Capri Boat Day

Out on the water to the island that defines the bay — the Blue Grotto, a swim in a hidden cove, and lunch with your feet practically in the sea.

The Amalfi Coast Drive

Positano, Ravello, Amalfi — the most beautiful road in Italy, with a private driver so you can watch the coastline instead of the hairpins.

A Cooking Class & Limoncello Tasting

Hands in the flour with a local family, then the region's famous lemons turned into limoncello — the kind of afternoon families talk about for years.

Sorrento, at Your Pace

Cliffside evenings in the old town, the lemon groves, and the long, slow dinners that are the whole point. Capri and Pompeii are close — but this is home base.

Kind Words

She listened to us very carefully to create the trip of a lifetime to Italy. We enjoyed an incredible adventure, and she was always available for questions.
